Spa Arrivals
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to ensure a smooth check-in. Spa robes, slippers, disposable undergarments, private lockers, healthy snacks and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service may be charged. We recommend that valuable items be left at home. Holistic Soul Health and Wellness Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Spa Reservations
Our professional staff dedicates time for each guest, therefore, a credit card is required to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Credit cards are required to reserve all appointments, including those using gift cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Spa Policies
Cancellation Policy
We require 24-hours notice for cancellations. Cancellation for Tuesday must be phoned in and a voicemail left on the Monday before.
If you cancel or reschedule within the 24-hour window, you will be charged 50% of your service total.
Late Policy
If you are 5 minutes late, we will provide a courtesy phone call to confirm if you are on your way.
If you are 15 minutes late or more, your appointment will need to be rescheduled, unless your service provider has availability to still accommodate you, and a fee may be charged.
If your service provider can still accommodate you despite being late, your service time may have to be shortened, but the full service fee will still apply.
Clients with repeated lateness may also be restricted to booking on a same-day availability or waitlist basis and may be required to pay in full at the time of booking.
No Show Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, it will be considered a No Show.
A No Show may result in a cancellation fee or service charge.
After two (2) No Shows, we may require prepayment to secure future appointments.
Consistent No Shows may result in booking on a same day availability/waitlist basis or dismissal from scheduling future services entirely.
Spa Products and Returns
If you are not satisfied with your service or products, please contact your service professional within 24-hours after your appointment so that the situation may be corrected. It is our policy to provide you with the best professional service and products customized for your skin condition.
